Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-17

This policy explains what information heymesbot ("the service") collects when you use it, why, who else sees it, and how long it is kept. It is written to describe what the service genuinely does rather than to cover every theoretical possibility.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses the heymesbot Telegram bot, and to visitors to this website.

The service is operated independently. It runs on Telegram, but it is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Telegram.

2. What the service collects

The service collects only what it needs to answer your requests, bill them correctly, and keep the system working. Specifically:

  • Telegram account identifiers that Telegram itself sends with every message: your numeric Telegram user ID, and — if you have set them — your first name, last name and username.
  • The content of messages you send to the bot: your text prompts, and any photos or files you attach to a request.
  • AI replies and generated results associated with your conversation, plus a condensed running summary of older messages so that long conversations stay coherent.
  • Your language choice and your current balance.
  • Transaction records: deposits (amount, memo code, transaction hash, confirmation status) and usage charges (which capability was used, the provider cost, and the amount deducted).
  • Technical logs needed to run and debug the service, such as error records and request metadata. Message content is deliberately kept out of the bot's general request logs.

3. What the service does not collect

There is no registration form, so the service never asks for and never holds an email address, a password, a phone number, a postal address, or any payment-card details. It does not read your other Telegram chats — a bot can only see messages sent directly to it. This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Why this information is processed

Each category above is processed for a specific purpose:

  • To deliver what you asked for — your prompt has to be sent to an AI provider for a reply or a generated file to exist at all.
  • To keep a conversation coherent, by retaining recent context and a summary of what came before.
  • To operate the balance: crediting confirmed deposits and deducting the cost of successful requests.
  • To keep the service secure and available — rate limiting, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults.
  • To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to the operator.

5. AI providers and other processors

To answer a request, the content of that request is transmitted to the third-party AI provider that fulfils it. This is unavoidable: it is how the reply, image, video, audio or track is produced. The service uses more than one provider and may route a request to whichever is available, including failing over automatically if one is not responding.

Those providers process your content under their own terms and privacy policies. The service does not control their retention practices. Do not send the bot information you would not be comfortable transmitting to a third-party AI provider — including confidential business information, credentials, or other people's personal data.

6. Payments are on a public blockchain

Deposits are made in TON, a public blockchain. Transactions on a public blockchain are visible to anyone and cannot be edited or deleted — by the service or by you. The memo code the bot gives you links your on-chain deposit to your account inside the service.

The service never takes custody of your wallet, never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and cannot move funds from your wallet. Sending funds is always an action you take yourself, from your own wallet.

7. How long information is kept

Conversation context is kept only as long as it is useful for the conversation: recent messages are retained in full and older ones are replaced by a summary. You can clear your conversation from the bot menu.

Financial records (deposits and usage charges) are kept longer, because they are accounting records and because deleting them would make the balance unauditable. Technical logs are rotated and deleted on a short cycle.

8. Security

Access to the administration panel requires an account with two-factor authentication. Communication with Telegram and with AI providers uses encrypted connections, and the bot's webhook verifies a shared secret so that it only accepts genuine Telegram traffic. No system is perfectly secure, and this statement is a description of the measures in place, not a guarantee against every possible failure.

9. Your choices

You control what you send. Beyond that:

  • You can clear your stored conversation context from inside the bot at any time.
  • You can stop using the service at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram.
  • You can ask for a copy of the information held about your account, or ask for it to be deleted, using the contact address below. Financial records that must be retained for accounting purposes are the exception, and will be explained to you if that applies.
  • Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by anyone, including the operator.

10. Children

The service is not intended for children. Telegram sets its own minimum age for holding an account, and you must meet it to use this bot. If you believe a child has used the service, contact the operator and the account will be removed.

11. International processing

The AI providers and infrastructure used to run the service may be located in countries other than your own, so your requests may be processed outside the country you are in. Using the service involves that transfer.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may change as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced through the bot.
