Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-17

These terms govern your use of the heymesbot Telegram bot and this website. By sending a message to the bot, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The service

heymesbot is an AI assistant that runs inside Telegram. It can hold a conversation, generate and edit images, generate video, convert text into speech, and generate music. It is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to hold a Telegram account under Telegram's own rules, and old enough to enter into a contract where you live. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

Your Telegram account is your identity here. There is no separate registration, password or email. You are responsible for everything sent to the bot from your Telegram account, and for keeping that account secure.

4. Balance and deposits

Use of the service is funded by a balance held on your account and topped up in TON. The bot gives you a deposit address and a unique memo code; a deposit is credited once it is confirmed on the blockchain.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount, to the correct address, with the correct memo code, from a wallet you control. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A deposit sent without the memo code, to the wrong address, or in the wrong asset may be impossible to identify or recover.

5. Pricing and charging

There is no subscription. Each request is charged against your balance when it succeeds:

  • Images (generated or edited), videos (including ones made from an image), voice messages and music tracks each have one fixed price in TON per successful request. AI chat is priced per message within a fixed range, according to what the request needed. The full price list is on the pricing page.
  • Before a request runs, your balance is checked against that fixed price. If the balance is too low, the request is refused before anything is spent.
  • When a request succeeds and is delivered to you, its price is deducted: exactly the fixed price, or for chat an amount within the published range — never more.
  • A request that fails, or whose result cannot be delivered to you, is not charged.
  • The fixed prices and the chat price range do not change.
  • New accounts receive a small starting balance as a free trial of the service. It carries no cash value.

6. Refunds

Because charges correspond to computing work already performed on your behalf, completed requests are not refundable. If you are charged for something that demonstrably failed or was never delivered, contact the operator and it will be corrected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to produce, request or distribute:

  • Content that is illegal where you are, or where the service operates.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a child — in any form, under any framing.
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a real person, including synthetic imagery, video or voice of a real person made to deceive.
  • Material designed to defraud, including fake documents, fake identification, and fake records of payment.
  • Malware, intrusion tooling, or instructions intended to cause damage to systems or people.
  • Automated or bulk usage that degrades the service for others, and any attempt to bypass rate limits, the balance system, or access controls.

8. Rights in what you send and what you get

You keep whatever rights you already have in the material you send to the bot. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to process it — to transmit it to the AI provider that fulfils your request, and to store the conversation context described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, the results generated for you are yours to use, including commercially. You are responsible for checking that a particular use is lawful. AI systems can produce output that resembles existing work, and the operator cannot guarantee that any given result is free of third-party rights.

9. Accuracy and reliance

AI output can be wrong, outdated, or convincingly fabricated. It is not professional advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial or otherwise. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

10. Third-party providers

The service depends on third-party AI providers, the Telegram platform, and the TON network. Their availability, terms and pricing are outside the operator's control, and a change on their side may change or interrupt what the service can do.

11. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular quality of output. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and the service may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside the operator's control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from your reliance on AI output or from your own blockchain transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access for a breach of section 7, for abuse of the balance or pricing system, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time by blocking the bot. On termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced through the bot. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Such updates never change the fixed prices set out in section 5.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law where you live gives you a different right.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@heymesbot.com.
